Out of University of Florida law school in 2001, Jennifer Grant originally practiced commercial litigation in prestigious Florida firms. When the need arose at the firm to train a probate, trust and guardianship specialist, Jennifer filled that need. Although she still practices commercial litigation related to these areas, for over the last 15 years, Jennifer has specialized in trust, estate and guardianship litigation. Jennifer helps families, beneficiaries and fiduciaries resolve issues relating to removal, prosecuting and defending fiduciaries, handling estate administrations, and appointments of guardians among other issues. Jennifer opened up her own law practice in 2009 and treasures her ability to handle complex cases skillfully, efficiently and always with cost effectiveness in mind. In 2021, Jennifer obtained her LLM (masters of law) in estate planning at the University of Miami to further enhance her skills. She has been selected by her peers as a "Super Lawyer" for the past several years. Jennifer also donates her time to several charitable causes locally.
Brenna McGee
Associate
A South Florida native, Brenna McGee is an associate with a focus in Trusts & Estates law, Probate law, and Guardianship law. Brenna received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Florida International University’s College of Law in May 2021, as well as her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of Central Florida in 2017. While in law school, Brenna was on the World Arbitration and Mediation Review and was a member of the Negotiation and Mediation team. Additionally, while in law school, Brenna was a law clerk at several firms with varied focuses on insurance, civil rights, probate, trusts, and guardianship law. Brenna is highly results-driven and strongly prides herself on her ability to connect with others personally and professionally. In her free time, she loves going on hikes with her Siberian Husky and spending time in the outdoors.
